Quick Birthday

Here's a quick birthday card you can whip up pretty fast... probably in the amount of time it took me to publish this post! (in a hurry today)

Ingredients:
Stamp Sets - Think Happy Thoughts, Sweet Stars jumbo wheel
Cardstock - Bashful Blue, Basic Black, Rose Red, Cutie Pie DSP
Ink - Bashful Blue, Basic Black
Accessories - Circle punches (1-3/8", 1-1/4", 3/4", 1/16"), Scallop punch, Rose Red brad, Bashful Blue grosgrain ribbon
