You all spoil me. Do you know that?! I'm a sucker for a compliment, and I am AMAZED at how many of you are still out there "following" me!
After reading all of your wonderful comments and tremendous displays of support, I am SERIOUSLY considering re-joining Stampin' Up! during Sale-a-Bration later this month. I am truly excited about this, for I have missed Stampin' Up! a bunch. At the moment, it seems to be dominating my thoughts and I can hardly wait until Wednesday when my kids go back to school and I can go downstairs and dust off my desk!
Question: I sold a lot of my things last year, but I still have most of the basics and several clear stamp sets. I am a bit out of the loop... As I start to pull together a list of the products I want in my kit, what would you say are the most important? For instance, I still have the older ink pads. Is it worth upgrading right now? Or are there other gadgets that I should get first? What are your favorite new stamp sets? Favorite accessories? Remember, I haven't placed an order in over a year, so anything new within that time frame will be new to me. I look forward to hearing your suggestions!
Thanks everyone... you all are the best!!

Hi Michelle. I haven't updated my ink pads yet. I did get the new In Color ink pads so I can show the difference between the new and the old. My biggest problem with that is that there's a difference on how you use the pads and sometimes people get too much ink on a stamp. We just clean it off and start over. I'm so excited that you're coming back and can't wait to be inspired by you again.
Great news! I have always checked your blog and your past postings for inspiration when I'm in a creative rut!
I still love the old ink pads. I have not yet upgraded mine. I'd go for updated sets and accessories, personally!
:-)
good to hear that you're 'maybe' coming back to the flock...lol. I haven't bought all new. The one thing I do know is that the basic black does NOT play well with the whisper white paper so stick with the old ink pad as long as you can.
With Christmas just over, I really got a lot of use out of the glitter paper. I'm using the red for Valentine's Day cards in addition to my Christmas cards.
Too many stamp sets to list....lol. Again, welcome back
I am ordering new ink pads a few at a time. I haven't decided which I like best. I do however really like the new paper trimmer. And the edgelits are starting to mount up in my craft room! Good luck making wise choices. Can't wait to see your new creations!

Fantastic news! I hope you will come back. Your blog was always one of my favorites and I was so sad when you stopped posting. I haven't really used the new pads enough to make a judgement, but I would think it would be better to invest in stamp sets and embellishments. Good luck! Can't wait to see what you post!
