Need a Halloween decoration? This one is fun and easy to make!

In order to create this banner, you simply need:

• Build a Banner Simply Created Kit (#133507, $19.95)
• Halloween Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit (#132698, $9.95)
• Hot glue gun
• Ink pads (recommended colors: Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, & Summer Starfruit)
• Sponge Daubers
